SM Supermarket - SM City Naga

We like to buy groceries here because it has a variety of choices compared to other stores in the City. I'm just hoping that they'll add a counter for Prestige Card Holders. We're always waiting for a long time before reaching the Counter.

Payment Counters are too slow. Cashiers are baggers as well. If you're not a senior don't fall in line in Senior counters even if its vacant as the cashier would rather rest than serve!

Every time i do grocery here, always long qeue. Worst service ever

They offer wide selection of items from dry section to fresh meat. However, expect a very long queue. Customer service is bad... they lack counters available to think that a lot of people are buying.

They have almost everything. The only problem is that they are very understaffed. There are plenty of cashier counters but not enough cashiers. The cashiers themselves also do the packing of goods which takes a lot of time hence the long queues. Hopefully the management will address this soon especially with the new LCC mall opening just beside them.
