Hello Sapa Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hello Sapa Hotel. Mia the manager, makes you feel like home. She was waiting for us already at 6am in the morning and directly offered a hot ginger tea, took so much time to give hints on what to do in Sapa. We could even check in early in the morning without extra payment. Furthermore, she upgraded us to a family room. Additionally, she organized scooters for us, helped with organization of tickets and most important she went with us to the police station since we lost a passport. You really cannot believe what a kind and lovely person she is, always with a smile on her face and tries to help where she can. I would always recommend her and hello Sapa hotel to everyone. The rooms are also nice and super clean. The hotel is very close to the lake and the main restaurants in the city. There is an elevator available and for breakfast you can choose between different dishes, she is preparing fresh, and plenty of fruits. The banana cake was definitely also a must try 😊 Thanks again to you Mia for your kindness. I also checked the reviews which are not 5 stars and most/all of them are from the time before Mia started renting the hotel. She told us, that this was just a few months ago.

The hotel owner is absolutely amazing! She will help you with anything you need, and it’s clear that she really enjoys her job. The hotel offers excellent breakfasts, and the staff always makes sure you have plenty to eat. The cleaning was done every day and was thorough. Also, the location of the hotel is just perfect. Book this hotel and say hello to Mia for us! :) The rooms have their small flaws, as you might expect in this price range and area, but when it comes to the service you receive, it’s definitely worth it.

We stayed here for a few nights and highly recommend. Mia is very welcoming and will do anything to help. The best free breakfast we had during our time in Vietnam. We would definitely stay again. They have a fire and aircon, which was great as the weather was not the best during our stay.

Hello Sa Pa Hotel is a highly recommended place to stay in Sapa, Vietnam! Mia, who manages the hotel, is highly commendable! Prior our booking, she warmly and cheerfully attended to our queries in Whatsapp. During our stay, we enjoyed our hearty breakfast (btw, pho made by Mia was way better than the one we ate at a restaurant!), the comfy and spacious room and the homely ambiance! Mia also provided us good recommendations for transportation means and even stores for winter clothing at an affordable price! 💯 We’d love to go back again at this place!

Where do I begin! Our stay at Hello Sapa Hotel was like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The owner, Mia, greeted us with a hot cup of tea which was much appreciated after a long bus ride. She gave us a map full of information about Sapa town and even helped us book tickets and taxi rides. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights, but we had a mix up with another hotel reservation, and Mia gladly accommodated us for another night! This wonderful hotel comes with a great made to order breakfast every morning and laundry service if needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in great proximity to the city center. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hello Sapa Hotel and we will gladly return to see Mia and her adorable cat!

This was the best place we've stayed in Vietnam! We arrived very early on a night bus at 6:00 am, and Mia, let us check in right away. She even invited us to breakfast, even though it wasn't included for that morning, and her banana pancakes were absolutely delicious! The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. Mia was incredibly helpful with everything—she assisted us with tours, bus tickets, and provided the best advices! The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the bus station, and everything we needed was nearby: supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, etc. We rented a motorcycle, which made exploring Sapa so easy! Mia truly does an amazing job, and we were so happy to stay there. She is such a sweet person! If you're considering booking a hotel, don’t hesitate—this place is fantastic!"

We visited Sapa during winter, but the warm hospitality at this hotel made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it! The room was spacious, with excellent heating for both the room and the shower. The fast internet allowed us to work seamlessly. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to many restaurants and just a short walk from the lake and hotpot center. Breakfast by the cozy chimney was a great way to start chilly mornings. But the highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Sapa!

We can only recommend staying at the Hello Sa Pa Hotel. We were taken care of in the best way possible. We had a beautiful room with a view over the city. The breakfast was excellent. The owner was incredibly kind and always helped us immediately with all our bookings and any requests we had. Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel. As a sweet bonus, there’s also a wonderfully cute and fluffy cat. It’s a shame you can’t give more than 5 stars!
