I am a foreigner and normally do not like to complain but I feel like I did not get what I asked for at all. Walked in and asked to remove orange tones from blonde hair and then blow dry my hair straight (naturally curly) please see photo below for exact translation so there is no confusion. Had to ask the woman multiple times to be gentle because she was scratching and tugging at my hair (I thought maybe Asian scalps are more resilient then mine and she was unaware) but I was visibly wincing and she still was rough even after I asked her to be gentle. Did not blow dry my hair straight, she dried it with no heat and let it fly everywhere, I tried to explain that because my hair is curly, it needs the heat to straighten, she then proceeded to do the usual blow dry process on DRY hair and shockingly it did not work, with no heat protectant either. I then told her because she did not blow dry it wet that it would have to be straightened with the iron, even though I was already upset because I knew it would not last (there is a science to why blow dry treatments last longer) I tried to be patient and trust the process. She ran the iron through my hair, again no heat protectant, no real sectioning and not straightening from the root, I had to ask multiple times for her to target certain areas because they were still curly… in the end I just gave up because I didn’t want to be rude, I left unhappy. Furthermore the blonde in my hair is more orange now than it was when I first entered (please see pictures for reference). I think my fringe must be quite damaged now because it is sitting quite straw like and the “blow out” did not even last a day (see photo of day after for ref). I understand curly hair might be unfamiliar in many salons in việt nam, however the standard of service was very low regardless of whether my hair was curly or straight. On a positive note she gave a nice head massage
