Westcoast International Dental Clinic (West Lake)

If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this dental clinic because I had a good experience in Saigon a few years ago. Now that I was in Hanoi, I wanted to visit the branch in Hanoi. However, the care in Saigon and Hanoi is not the same. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The appointment was rushed, and the doctor did not listen to my concerns. I wanted an X-ray, but I did not get one. I have never been to a dentist, whether in Asia or America, and not gotten an X-ray. This dentist seemed only interested in collecting the fee. I doubt he cared about the patient. When he cleaned my teeth, he was so rough. He did not numb my gums or anything. Once he was done cleaning and scraping, he just left. The hygienist asked, as he rushed out the door, if she should do a rinse. He turned around and said, "Yes," and walked out. I would never set foot in that clinic again. I felt robbed of a good experience. That was the worst dental experience I have had in my life. It is a shame. Hanoi Westcoast should take some tips from the dentists, office staff, and hygienists in Saigon because they are obviously lacking in more ways than one.

Recently had two crowns done and doing another two next week. What a fantastic experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and highly responsive. Texts and emails were answered expeditiously and the overall feeling was warm and welcoming. As for the actual procedure, Dr Arne was incredibly professional, personable, and made the experience of visiting the dentist enjoyable. He explained everything clearly and patiently, and offered several options based on my needs. My teeth look and feel fantastic, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend Westcoast and specifically Dr Wiemann!

AMAZING AMAZING, SIMPLY AMAZING! Dr. Arne is A LEGEND! Truly I cannot say enough about this incredible dentist and wonderful place! I had a lot of problems with my teeth and Dr. Arne worked hard to make sure my teeth were saved! He fixed me up! His work is Brilliant and the after affects are superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Dentist and trust me guys I have had a LOT in my life... DR ARNE IS THE MAN! Thank you my dear Doctor! Truly I am grateful.

If you are looking for a dentist for a little child, Dr Arne is your man. I have been taking my little daughter to see him regularly since she was 2 and she lets him examine her teeth without any fuss. He knows how to treat little monsters and his kind and calm personality makes my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. I also very much appreciate his professional approach when he takes time to explain everything and also suggests issues to be aware of in the future. A rare find, not only in Hanoi.

Unfortunately on the first night of my holiday, I fell over and chipped my bottom teeth. Luckily I found Dr Arne at Weatcoast International Dental Clinic. I'm terrified of the dentist and Dr Arne has completely cured that! From the consultation to putting a crown on he was was absolutely amazing. So thorough, truly loves being a dentist and wants to helps his patients. I was very anxious about my teeth, and he made me feel completely at ease. It was truly the most painless experience at the dentist in every way possible. I highly reccomend! Best dentist ever and I am delighted with the results :)

Dr. Arne is a very professional and talented dentist. I had two crowns put on my back molars recently. Dr. Arne explained the process very clearly and made it as painless as possible. The clinic is very clean and the dental assistants were also great. Ms. Lan at the reception was very helpful. I would check if your direct billing with your insurance company is still being honoured. I’ve been using Liberty Insursnce and it is no longer accepted for direct billing.

Amazingly great place. Absolutely high professional standard, great and kind understanding and support. Absolutely high expertise job from Dr. Arne. I wish that standard we have in Europe. I definitely come again. I found my place I completely trust.

The best dental clinic in Hanoi. Recently I had dental crowns and bridge replacement in this clinic. The result is outstanding and far better than my old crowns and bridge. Dr. Arne did an outstanding job. From the consultation to putting a crown on, It was the most painless experience at the dentist in every way possible. The nurse and the staff are also very helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.
