I had a very disappointing manicure experience at this studio. It fell short of expectations- the manicure consisted of basic polishing and minimal filing, with no cuticle trimming or proper cleanup around the nails. The original color I selected was very light, and when I expressed dissatisfaction, the technician responded rudely, attributing the discrepancy to the color wheel being painted on a white background. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the salon was unwelcoming, adding to the negative experience. The desks were covered with supplies and they also have an entire package service so there were 400 boxes right in the front of the salon. It felt as though the technician was rushing through the process, resulting in a subpar outcome that could have easily been replicated at home. I would strongly advise against visiting this salon.

I went in on the Fourth of July for a pedicure/manicure since the usual salon I go to in the neighborhood was closed. I immediately was happy with the salon & offering me water! I got my pedicure which I was happy with- but then came my manicure. I asked for a simple French manicure & the woman doing my manicure seemed to keep messing up, she had to redo one of my nails 4 times. It was taking a bit longer than I expected- I understand she wants it to be perfect, but then she filed my nail too much & cut me. It burned & started bleeding. I was in quite some pain. At that point, I just wanted the manicure to be over & I didn’t care about how even it looked. She kept filling! I had no trust in her & was really upset. I told her to stop. It’s now a couple days later, & my finger still hurts & is swollen. When I went to check out- I was offered nothing at a discounted price for cutting me. I’m very disappointed as I was starting to like this salon better than my previous one I had been loyal to for years. My pedicure was great, but I’m highly disappointed in my manicure & the service I received after I was cut. I was also never shown how much my pedicure & manicure was, & after paying over $100 with tip only to be cut & left with a nail infection, I don’t think unfortunately I will be returning.

I just gave them one star because the staff was friendly, but they don’t know what they are doing. It looks like my niece did my mani and pedi. I realized it when I got home, so sad. Pretty expensive for the service.. 84$ throw out to the sea.

I came in originally for a Russian manicure with semi permanent gel with depose. After prepping my nails, i realized my nails were too short for semi permanent color gel. I asked if they could add a tip, they said no. So i asked for a regular nail polish instead. Needless to say how disappointed I was with the service. They acted annoyed the entire time. I was visiting from New York and made my appointment about 2 weeks prior. I was extremely dissatisfied and because i did mot want to argue I just paid and left. I attached picture for reference. Even, a 5 years old would have done better with the regular manicure. The way the person who did my nail cleaned my cuticules, i was bleeding for hours after I left the salon. I was so excited to get my nails done. Quite disappointed.

Will not return. Paid $145 for a gel manicure including “Builder gel” that I paid $40 additional for was not applied properly/thickly enough. I’m left with the flimsiest nails of my life. Will be going back to my regular Russian nail salon.

Got told the wrong pricing and was charged 15$ more for the removal aswell as 4$ for the "special" "long lasting" "organic" Essie color that is coming off literally not even 24h after the treatment! After all that they still asked me if i didn’t wanted to leave any tip!?! Now i have broken nails with broken nail polish and the color wasnt even applied smoothly! See pictures! I need to go to redo my nails now after paying 68$ for nothing! do not recommend

Came to this nail salon after work today and immediately I was welcomed. Lily did an excellent job on doing a soak off and doing a new set for me. I loved the color and the almond shape. I will definitelt be back!

I loved how cozy it was, but the service took too long. I got a gel pedicure and the removal of my previous gel pedi took about 40 minutes. She used the filer to remove my polish, which took longer and hurt. I asked if they had the small machine that removes gel polish, but I don’t think they understood my request. It left my skin a little sensitive. They almost gave me regular polished, until I said something. The totes nail came out ok, but I asked for a few changes. Overall, annoyed with the service and I will not be coming back :l.
