Stayed at this homestay townhouse and had a very good experience. The owner was already waiting downstairs at check-in, very friendly and welcoming, helped carry our luggage, explained the apartment access code, and assisted with cash payment smoothly. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt very new. There was a balcony and two large windows that could fully open for fresh air. The bathroom included toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, refrigerator, and 2 bottles of water. Towels were very clean and smelled nice. The whole room also had a soft pleasant scent. The bed was very comfortable and I slept through the whole night without waking up. The area was quiet with no noise disturbance. There was also a clothes rack for drying laundry which was very convenient, wifi is so strong signal and fast. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and felt it was very worth the price. The owner even allowed us a 1-hour late check-out and was very kind until the end. Highly recommended!

2 times been here. I didn’t have a chance to meet the owner since we all talked via chat app. He was friendly and cooperative. Prices are reasonable, room space is nice. I’d recommend this homestay for all foreign folks or local ones to spend their time here for their trips. Will come back next time!
