We LOVED our stay here. A very modern hotel with stunning rooms and bathrooms. The cleanest hotel we stayed at in Vietnam and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us. The room had a great view over the lake. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay close to the airport in Hanoi

Khách sạn sạch, đẹp. Dịch vụ tốt. Phù hợp cho cặp đôi. Điểm trừ là bồn tắm, phần nóng lạnh bị lắp đặt ngược, khu vực quanh bồn tắm không có thoát sàn nên nước tắm từ bồn nếu tràn ra thì khá bất tiện.

Chị lễ tân rất nhiệt tình,phòng sạch sẽ,giá cả rất hợp lý 300k - 500 có thể có 600 nếu đặt đồ ăn sáng nhưng rất hợp lý - Phòng mình phòng đơn 1 giường có giá 300k đặt trước khá rẻ Đầy đủ tiện nghi rộng rãi thoáng mát sẽ ghé thêm lần sau để feeback tiếp

Guys seriously it is a good hotel but please font expect like lake infront of the hotel or some fast food and super market near by . Me and cousin brother stayed a day and night but hotel staffs are very friendly they are very helpful but location os isolated from the city. If you are going with friends or relatives it will difficult because bathrooms are transparent..no more words its really transperant.

The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. We arrived around 3:30 a.m. and realized I had booked the room for the wrong day. Despite the late hour, she cleaned and prepared a room for us, offered us water, and told us to get some rest so we could fix everything in the morning. Her kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a great experience. The hotel is about 15 min from the airport, which is nice because the planes flying overhead aren’t very loud.
