This gym is literally a scam. During your first visits, the staff pretend to be friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. But very quickly, they start pushing you to sign up for a membership and aggressively try to sell you personal training (PT) packages. The PT fees are ridiculously high for the quality you receive. They also try to sell you things you don’t even need. For example, they advertise “free” access to the sauna, but it’s just a single tiny room that’s basically a hot box. They claim you can join any classes you like, such as yoga or dance, but the class selection is extremely limited compared to other gyms. There’s no cycling, no BodyJam, BodyCombat, BodyPump, no swimming pool, etc, none of the variety you’d expect elsewhere. If you tell them you don’t have enough money, they immediately suggest signing up for a loan with HCredit. That means you end up with high-interest debt, and even after paying everything off, Credit will keep harassing you non-stop. Once the staff and trainers have gotten your money, their attitude completely changes. They become indifferent and start criticizing everything you eat, from rice and bread to milk, claiming it’s too many calories, too much grain, or not the right balance of nutrients, even though you’re just eating normal everyday food. It’s absurd. The exercise routines are repetitive as well. If you have health issues and inform them at the beginning, they quickly forget. They don’t understand your conditions, they don’t know how to adjust your workouts safely, but they still give you empty advice about “getting healthier.” The situation gets even worse if your PT quits or moves to another branch. The staff will make empty promises for you to “be patient,” but in reality no PT wants to take over a client whose payment was already counted under the old trainer’s KPI. Unless you buy a new package with the new PT, they simply refuse to train you. And if you don’t buy another package, you’re left without a PT even though you’ve already paid. The previous trainer also does nothing to help, even if you contact them politely. When you report the issue to the admin, they claim they will handle it, but they do nothing. You wait for two to three months with no trainer. When you finally confront them in person (without swearing), the PT leader ignores you, and the admin turns up the music volume to cover up the situation so other customers won’t notice what’s happening. Pandora is simply TRASH. Don’t go here. I signed a one-year contract, and even though I’ve used only half of it, they’ve already made the entire experience a nightmare: wasting my time, money, and energy. The worst gym I’ve ever encountered!!!

Chưa đóng tiền thì xởi lởi lắm, đóng tiền rồi thì coi mình như người vô hình. Seed rì diu dữ lắm mới được 4 sao, khổ ghê. Pandora không có quan tâm khách đâu, phàn nàn là nó "bờ-lốc" đấy. - T mua gói PT ở đây mới tập được 1 tháng nhân viên/quản lí bỏ việc hết, thay đổi nhân sự liên tục, PT kèm k được bao nhiêu buổi mà suốt ngày bắt khách xuống tiền mua thêm. - Quản lí thì không dám nhắn tin khách mà toàn núp sau lưng PT. Hồ sơ khách không chịu lưu rồi kiếm chuyện cắt buổi. - Quản lí cắt giảm lương PT, PT gặp khách thì than thở, mặt chết trôi. Mình đi tập mà thấy tiêu cực giùm. Sợ ma lắm r.

Chèo kéo thiếu tế nhị lắm ko recommend và không nên mua gói PT ở đây, PT toàn làm ngắn hạn, mình mà biết họ chuyển sang đâu cũng né nốt :)

Mua gói PT 15tr xong h muốn tập nhắn mà PT chả thèm trả lời tưởng đi ăn xin ko đó, coi như mất tiền oan chứ biết sao giờ siêu chán.

Giờ hội viên đến trung tâm chủ yếu tập các lớp group mà Pandora mua lại Diamond xong cắt hết lớp group, không biết kế hoạch kinh doanh sao, chắc sẽ lại dẹp tiệm sớm thôi, ai có ý định mua thẻ tập ở đây thì nên cân nhắc, nói chung là tệ

Lần đầu đi được up gói tập 1:1 với pt Đinh Văn Mạnh chốt số buổi xong lúc tập không thấy đúng theo số buổi được mua. Hỏi tới bị thái độ hên là lúc ký hợp đồng có ghi âm không là bị dắt như trâu luôn. Ai muốn mua gói pt nên mở ghi âm theo tại nói toàn thấy nói nhiều làm không tới!!! Quan trọng nha!
