I visited this place yesterday. I booked it in advance and we were on time. However we started about 15 minutes later. The staff was nice at the reception desk and they treated us with a nice herbal tea before the programm. I took relaxing hair wash with face mask and back massage. First of all we followed them to the room, which has many beds, but with curtains. They can't speak English, but it's not a problem, you can show. They pointed on a skirt(later when I asked, it was a dress, which you should put on your full body. They didn't explain what we should do with the towel and should we lie down or wait untill they will cover the bed. They didn't ask us to take off our chains, so during massage I was scared that they will tear it. Head wash....so...it was supposed to be relaxing, but my master pulled and twitched my hair so badly! It's not about relaxation. The water was cold, I asked twice to make it warmer. I don't like when masters scratch my scalp and ears as well. Face mask. I had to squeeze my eyes, because she put all the lotions and masks right on my eyelids and tried to push. It's not pleasant as well. She washed my face not properly, so in the end I still had some mask on my face. Massage. It was ok. Not bad, but when you lie down on your belly, your face is right in the hole, where the sink is located. So you have no air to breathe and the smell from the sink is not good at all. The part with hot stones was adorable. But you know what. During the whole process our masters were chatting and laughing. I am not a shy person, but I felt uncomfortable. It's not professional at all. And moreover, they don't have music inside the procedure room, so you hear everything: how they drop the stuff, speak, laugh. The main thing, it was very cold! They have a heater there, but it doesn't help. After they pour herbal water on your neck and shoulders right in 2 minutes you feel deadly freezing. The same with hair. It was very cold. The end. They tried to dry out hair. Using the same comb, for both of us. It's disgusting. I'm not sure, if it was cleaned after the previous clients. And my master tried to twist my hair on her fingers and dry with the hairdryer. Nothing happened. She said she had ended. But my hair was still half wet! And outside was +15 degrees. Seriously? As a conclusion, I want to say, that they need to teach their staff how to work with foreigners, because I am sure, for local people it's quiet ordinary treatment, but for me it was a total shock. Yes, I went there because they had cool signboard and all the menu was in English. So I expected to get something what is acceptable for everybody. It's Tay Ho district, so...
