Jannata Resort and Spa Ubud

We had a wonderful stay at Jannata Resort in Ubud. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the view is truly stunning, with the nature that makes Ubud feel so unique and special. Not only is the scenery amazing, but the property itself is also gorgeous — the gardens are beautifully maintained, and every part of the hotel feels peaceful, elegant, and very well cared for. We stayed in a pool villa, and it was excellent. The private pool was amazing, the room had everything we needed, and everything was very well organized and extremely clean. We felt comfortable from the very first moment. The service was also outstanding. All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. What made our experience even more special is that we had our elopement wedding at the hotel, and it was truly the best choice we could have made. It exceeded our expectations. The whole hotel team was so dedicated to making everything perfect for us and making sure everything was organized exactly as planned. They were thoughtful, warm, and genuinely seemed to care about making our day as special as possible. A very special thank you to Vony, Rany, and all the others who took such great care of us during our stay. We are very grateful for such a memorable experience and would absolutely recommend Jannata Resort to anyone visiting Ubud.

Amazing experience and hospitality.. The breathtaking views and quick room service was fabulous they surprised us with a cookie gift every day and made sure our room was clean and tidy every time we went outside.. really friendly staff thank you Jannata for making it a comfortable and luxurious stay at ubud for us 😊

I was really disappointed with our stay. The food was very average and definitely overpriced for what you get. The location is also not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel – it feels inconvenient and doesn’t match the standard that is advertised. Our room had poor air conditioning and felt stuffy the whole time, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, the pillowcases felt damp and not fresh, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations and I would not consider it good value for money.

Jannata Resort was the perfect place to stay not far from the busy city centre of Ubud. On a cliff face, the rooms have beautiful views of lush trees, feels like you are in the jungle. Such friendly and kind staff, particularly to our 4year old. We also loved eating at the onsite restaurant and spending hours in the infinity pool. Thank you to the staff at Jannata for making our stay extra special.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Jannata Resort and Spa. Everything from the service to the rooms was exceptional. The hygiene standards were top-notch, and the food was simply delicious. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive.Truly a perfect experience!

We are so so happy we chose to stay at Jannata Resort. Everything was outstanding: the location, views. The staff crew was so friendly, attentive and professional, the food was delicious (breakfast & dinner), we also tried cocktails and loved them. The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, with everything we needed. We also joined the morning yoga class and we loved it! The welcome massage was also great. We also rented a scooter for a few days at the resort. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay, we just left and we already miss it. 100% recommend it.

Friendly staff, convenient location (walking distance to the entrance of Campuhan Ridge Walk), great massage (had two 90 min Balinese massages), everything was worth the stay. I highly recommend!
