Tropical Paradise Sa Pa Hotel

Our 3 days and 2 nights stay in Tropical Paradise Hotel and Coffee was superb! The owner is very kind and accommodating. The room is very relaxing. Everything in this hotel is amazing, from the breakfast to amenities. And their coffee is amazingly delicious! We were so happy that we get to book this hotel for our vacation.

We had the room with a bathtub and balcony. We checked in at 4 am and it worked flawless. The place has really nice interior and is also well maintained. Soni allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel and offered us a shower after the hike, which was just awesome.

☕️The coffee and tea provided were excellent, and the location was perfect—close to the bus station for Hanoi and the night market starting at 6:30 PM. Mr. Sony at reception truly made our stay exceptional with his outstanding service. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable with a high-quality mattress. Highly recommended! 🤩

All praises and gratitude are what I can just say in our trip and stay in Sapa. The room that we booked was room 402 with such a scenic view, and spacious area. Our stay was serene, superb and seamless. Everyday breakfast with coffee was amazing. Location was in a more peaceful part of Sapa near wet and dry market, as well as night market. There are multiple restaurants nearby that serve Vietnamese cuisines around. Special mention to the most dedicated, warm and most hospitable with top-notch work ethics Manager Mr. Soni together with his staffs. I have never seen such a hotel employee with outstanding and commendable service to the hotel's customers. He went above and beyond to cater our needs, plus we got to learn how to make vietnamese and egg coffee which he himself demonstrated. He guided us in booking our tour to Fansipan The Legend. And he never failed to always us ask if we need anything. Comfort of the customers is always his and the hotel employees' priority. Truly world class. If you will travel to Sapa, don't forget to book Tropical Paradise and communicate with Soni prior.

We travel a lot as a family, we've been to many countries and places. This is by far the best, family friendly hotel we've ever been too. Sammy, the manager, really cares about giving you the best service and accommodating any request. Highly recommend 👌 They also have the best coffee we've had in Vietnam, which is not a small compliment! Must have level of coffee.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially Xuan Son. He went above and beyond to assist us, even with things outside of his responsibility, such as booking buses for us. He worked tirelessly to secure a booking and even got us a discount for the second night. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If I ever come back to Sapa, I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

I did not stay at this hotel but I would still recommend it based on my experience. Soni & Thuy, the owners and the rest of the staff are simply amazing. I arrived about 1am the night before and was booked in to a different hotel. When I awoke I went in search of a decent coffee. You will certainly get that here. The lobby/cafe is super clean & stylish. They offer free travel advice and kindly plugged in co-ordinates on google maps for me to have an off beat stroll through local villages (Ma tra & Ta phin). It was amazing and a perfect antidote to the crazy frenetic traffic and beeping in Sapa. The hotel although on the main street is perfectly quiet as it has qood quality windows. I returned the next morning for coffee and to thank them and again Soni plugged in co-ordinates on google maps for an amazing trek to Ta Van. What is amazing about this is that they do organised tours but did not try and sell the tour to me. That speaks to the service they will happily provide. If I return to Sapa I would definitely stay there. An oasis in a bustling and loud town/city.

The owners and the people who work in this hotel are very helpful and sweet. We felt very welcome. They do everything they can to make you happy. The rooms are perfect with a lovely soft bed and nice bathroom. The location is perfect and the center is within walking distance. Xuan (owner) and his wife speak English and they are very willing to help you with tours etc. We can only recommend this hotel with these very nice people!!
