At the beginning the service is good. I am a loyal customer and already rent car with driver 4 times in this company. However, the last service I feel so terrible and I feel insulted as a client. I rent car with driver from Hanoi - Ha long - Hanoi, for 2 days 1 night. The driver attitude is so amazingly terrible. He looks like not wanted to work as driver. Here is the weird things: 1. Driver playing phone all the time during the highway. So dangerous. 2. Driver is never say thank you when I pay his breakfast, lunch, dinner, for the whole 2 days trip. Can you imagine? I treat him like it is a must for me. 3. Driver is driving recklessly inside of the city. He hit the sidewalk, he is haunking many times, and mumbling all the way. I feel so uncomfortable. 4. Driver yelling at people on the street and stop very suddenly so many times. Passengers is very uncomfortable inside. 5. The last but not least, I asking for the receipt. He ask me to pay more for no reason. I just want to back to hotel asap. I said OK, but you need to put in the receipts also. Driver insist to say no. So, how can I pay more if you can not put on the receipt? So I take the empty receipt, pay the bill, and start walk to my hotel. And Driver yelling on me. He said "HEY!!!". People around looking at us. He said I can not take the receipt. So I am very mad, and because I am foreigners I don't want to argue. I just take the receipt picture and leave him. Here is the name of the driver. I took the pic and attached it. Overall, 4 times rent a car with this company and the last driver is new for me. I sent email, and this company never give any reply to me. Sorry to say. I will never use your service anymore. And the other foreigners should rethink again if you want to use their service.
