Absolutely horrific experience here. Bought couples rings for nearly 50m. Left in box and never opened. Asked to return less than one month later. Again, never opened or touched. Offered only 16m for return. Shocking!!! What horrible service and spitting in customers face! Agent was extremely rude about it as well. If this is somehow acceptable practice in Vietnam people need to stop allowing this kind of abuse! Good luck maintaining any level of foreign customers with this kind of service and experience. Never again and believe me, this story will spread all over!!
