Good food. Friendly and helpful staff. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Also good massage in the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, terrific staff! We stayed here for 23 nights in May and we can’t wait to return! The hotel is clean, modern and centrally located. Attention to detail and pricing is unbeatable. The hotel’s best attribute, however, is its people! We were blown away by how friendly, courteous, and genuinely caring the staff is. Rooms manager Vietnam Nguyen, Executive lounge staff lead by Ho My and Nguyen, Tong, Tom and Tran were outstanding brand ambassadors, and everyone we met and interacted with was amazing. There’s no better hotel in Vinh Yen!

I recommend this property for the VEC Exhibition visitors, nice location in satellite town but well equipped. This property is real value for money for comfort, food, & above all staff. I am a veg guy from India but this Hotel offers many options for me, staf hepls you select & remembers it next day. gr8 Vietnamese hosts.
