I was very disappointed at the quality of the perms. It usually took around 2 hours to have a perms elsewhere but here it took 4 hours. Their perms technique is a lot different from what I have been used to and the result is disappointing as the hair turned flat on the next day literally. I have not even washed it yet as instructed as they said to wait 3 days. To even see the curls, I had to roll the hairs up and did some styling otherwise it falls flat as before. This defeats the purpose of having a perms in the first place. The hair is barely curly after a wash. One side is curly and the other side is mostly flat after blow dry. See the pictures and judge for yourself. The only good thing is the staff are nice. The technician seems knowledgeable but I don’t think they are very experienced and their perm technique may not be that great. However when I called and complained about the disappointing results, they asked me to come back to take a look but I did not have time and the damage was already done and I don’t believe it’s fixable after the chemicals were applied. They ended up refunding me most of the costs (paid VND 3 million before tip and they refunded VND 2.5 mil) so I do appreciate their effort to make it right to the customer. I do not recommend this place and the costs are way higher than some other well known places that were hard to schedule an appointment. I settled on choosing this place because they always have available spots and walk-in ( now I understand why) The staff also borrowed my phone and posted the pictures and the review themselves from my phone. Thus don’t trust the reviews you see on here because most people (especially Việt kiều coming from overseas are not familiar or using social media much and they never go back to edit the reviews. I just hope the salon could do better in the future and learn from their mistakes for misleading their customers.

Ko có gì để nói 100đ cho Bảo Sáng Tạo Hair Design, từ Boss đến các bạn nhân viên đều rất nhiệt tình và tâm huyết, và đặc biệt Tài “soái” rất chuyên nghiệp.
