Garden Plaza Saigon

A lovely stay to adjust to the time difference before joining our Vietnamese hostesses. The staff are exceptionally gracious and welcoming. Rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is a vast spread that caters to every taste and every dish is fresh. Everything is prepared in small quantities so it's always super fresh. A delightful introduction to Saigon!

It was such a nice hotel and very convenient. Close to the airport and city centre. Good selection of breakfast menu and good service with the friendly staff.

a bit outdated even for parkroyal. the room is clean and decent but nothing fanciful. chose it because it's near to the airport and nothing more. the staff at mezz was attentive, especially Ms Anh, who constantly check in with me. no disrespect, the service is better than the quality of the food. I have to admit there are varieties but lack the quality to match it

The orchid room is entitled for the hype!! The free transfer, lounge, etc etc... It is very useful and convenient for my business trip every time I visit HCMC. The service is also outstanding, thanks to the doorman, he is checking all the details like my room temperature, my transfer schedule etc and he familiarized himself with the guest, very polite yet so friendly makes me feel at home! All drivers I met during transfers also attentive and very efficient. I did receive such level of service form other 5 stars hotel, but I can feel the difference as they are so natural and so mindful with guests' needs. Other hotels can compete and beat your facilities, but the heartwarming service that comes from the heart is something that one must learned throughout the time. Big appreciation from 523 and 222!! Park Royal is very nice hotel just around the corner of Airport. It is also just 20 minutes ride to city center. Rooms are spacious and air conditioning works perfectly. It offer great variety of services such as Spa, modern gym and restaurants. All staff from different departments are very attentive and polite. Food from a la carte menu is always freshly prepared and tasty. Only downside of the hotel is dated rooms and bathrooms.

I booked 34sqm Orchid Club Deluxe. Such a fantastic stay! They check my room/clean and change towels twice a day. Very good service, nice staff, good menu on dining at reasonable prices. It gets a while to get into downtown by taxi as traffic is terrible but it is very close by the airport. I sleep well, room was big clean and very cozy. I also got the room 3 h before normal check in time. Amazing service! If there is anything you can improve maintain the AC. I will definitely come back! BR room 425

For two adults and one child, the king bed (put together by two beds) were really roomie and comfortable. The room was spacious compared to other hotel rooms we’ve stayed in the area. It’s also got double panned windows. The pool was in the courtyard and there was a wedding taking up the area the night we stayed there so we weren’t able to access it, but my kid enjoyed taking a peek at the event and it looked like a nice hangout spot during the day. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The location is great for short Grab rides to the airport and to other lively neighborhoods. There were many shops and coffee places within walking distance.
