Looks good from the outside. Beautiful lobby and lift. Best in the area. Rooms are like nha nghi. Pillowcase never changed. Blankets reused. I think they wash the towels judging from the laundry. The toilet is horrendous. All sorts and parts of human hair. Mat placed outside the toilet collecting human hair of all varieties. Housekeeping is non existent. Saving grace: the staff and the view from the window is nice.

The staff was really friendly, so I stayed here, but the room is really .. I have nothing to say. Smelly and stained duvets, stinky pillows, stinky and dirty carpets, chewing gum on the floor, mosquitoes buzzing during all dawn, smells filling the room, unusable air conditioner, downy cottons constantly falling from the towels... for all night was worried about waking up every one - two hours. And I decided to get up at 5 am and go out. I don't understand the people who gave this place 5 stars. I felt uncomfortable touching my skin on this blanket, so I slept in my sleeping bag. But the damp room all night soiled my sleeping bag.

this place is filty. Needs total revamp. the bedsheets are stained and i dun think they were ever changed. Even if they were, look at the laundry. Nothing seems washed. Toilets are the worst! Hair of all sorts coagulate at the wc area, under the mats, in every possible corner. Filty to the core.
