I visited VIET QUAN after reading some recommendations online, and it did not disappoint. The staff greeted me with a smile and quickly found me a table even though it was busy. The vegetarian options are fantastic, especially the stir-fried noodles with vegetables. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. The restaurant feels modern yet still maintains a traditional Vietnamese touch in its decor. Service was efficient, and the food came out hot. I really appreciate that they use less oil and focus on fresh ingredients. It’s definitely a place I’d return to whenever I crave authentic Vietnamese flavors.

Good pho at a reasonable price point. Paid 65k for chicken pho and 10k for water.

Kumquat Ice Tea was a first for me and really good! I had a noodle dish which was good. Busy good spot, mixed with both western and eastern.

I found the restaurant very clean, the food was great.

First meal in Hanoi. Nailed it. We shared a chicken salad, chicken fried rice and a rare beef pho. Amazing. All so tasty. And so cheap. Friendly staff and quick service. Will go back again
