The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in Vietnam and all the staff are so friendly and keen to help. Ruby was an excellent host and although I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name at the front he was also very friendly and helpful. If you’re staying in Sapa and want comfort and not stuck in the centre this is an excellent choice!

The staff are great especially Lucy. She helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are very nice and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and you can order a hot meal from a nice menu as well as some buffet options. Short stroll to town.

Place was ok. Although the lady at the front ask if we need our room done and we said no, they still did it anyway. Shower water got on the floor easy. Towels smelt bad but bedding was good.

We stayed here for two nights and the staff here were wonderful. Before arriving they helped us with round trip transportation from Hanoi to Sa Pa. The staff also helped with booking funicular and cable car tickets up to Fan Xi Pang mountain and with various restaurant recommendations to avoid tourist traps. The rooms are charming, clean and there are complementary amenities and coffee/tea supplies and water. Overall highly recommended for your stay in Sa Pa.

Amazing hotel. Service staff is top-notch. They let me check in at 1:30am, trying their their best to stay up after hours because of the late sleeper bus. Bed was very comfortable, one of the best we had in Vietnam. Room was very clean. They kept our bags for us while we explored the rest of the town, gave us extra water bottles and drinks whirl we waited for our grab. Highly recommend this place

This hotel is one of the best we stayed in during our trip. The service, cleanliness, and comfort were unmatched! Autumn made sure to make us feel comfortable and offered us advice and so much kindness which made our stay even better. I was recovering from a bout of illness and this was the perfect place to relax. The hotel rooms look exactly like the pictures, they are modern, spacious and come at a great price! We were upgraded without request which was a great surprise. The breakfast is buffet style and you can order from the menu too adding to the value of the nights stay! 100% recommend!

Friendliest staff we’ve experienced so far in Vietnam! The area itself is quite touristy, but this hotel felt small and friendly. Great bed, warm enough bedding in the colder months and a separate bathtub and shower which was really nice to have after hiking. Breakfast buffet was quite simple, but good value for money and some separate options were offered and made on demand, we had some delicious banana pancakes! Overall amazing stay and one of the better/more luxury hotels you can find on a budget!

The whole place was clean and beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I transferred to this hotel because the original place I booked was noisy and dirty. Their WC door was even broken. Transferring here was the best choice. Their WC extremely clean as well, I think the best I’ve seen in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past 7 days. Google says this is a 3- star hotel but I believe it can be more. Definitely recommend staying here. You can also book your fansipan tickets and alpine tickets here. The staff even helped me book my van transfer from Sapa back to Hanoi on my last day.
