Khách sạn thoáng mát sạch sẽ, được cái gần sân bay nên đi lại thuận tiện, cung cấp nhiều dịch vụ ăn uống, di chuyển thuận tiện. Nhân viên niềm nở, nhiệt tình. Nói chung m hài lòng với dịch vụ của khách sạn

Rooms are to be improved. They’re old and run down, but the bed is comfortable and the shower is nice and hot. The windows and curtains are thin, so you hear everything outside and get woken up by the lights from the street. Close to the airport, 5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes walking - only reason why one would stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Vị trí gần sân bay nên rất thuận lợi cho di chuyển. Có xe đón và đưa khách ra sân bay. Tiện nghi phòng nghỉ phù hợp với giá cả. Chủ nhà đưa đón khách nhiệt tình.

Very close to the airport. Esp. convenient when taking early morning flights or late night arrivals, and they have 24/7 front desk + airport shuttle! Can’t ask more for about 450,000VND. however since cheap doesn’t mean dirty, better keep the bathroom cleaner!!

Never come back!!! I booked Deluxe Family Room with 2 full beds with bancony, but they arranged me the single bed room with the reason we are couple. Then continued to give us 2 single beds with window. And they explained that their current customer extended to live. We need to check out immidiately then to find other hotel because the room we need is not available. Dragon Airport Hotel in their next is much better and totally new.

Trong một lần khách mình bị delay máy bay bên Trung Quốc chưa về VN kịp, mình có book 2 phòng bên khách sạn và có cọc trước một chút. Nhưng vì khách về ko kịp nên phải huỷ phòng và bạn nhân viên bên khách sạn đã rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mình về vấn đề hoàn hủy đặt phòng, đồng ý giữ phòng cho mình trong ngày hôm sau mà không cần cọc trước vì phải phụ thuộc vào giờ của khách. Khi check in khách mình khen phòng khách sạn rất thoáng mát, sạch sẽ và đặc biệt nhân viên rất nhiệt tình ạ.

I booked through a third party agency and upon arrival, they did not have our reservation. The lady shooed us away until another employee came to speak to us. He apologized but couldn’t offer any remedy. We booked a room for the night and contacted our third party for a refund. In order to authorize a refund, they needed to obtain a goodwill refund from the hotel. After receipt of the hotel, taxi from the hotel to the airport and a bus confirmation with the drop off at the hotel, Noi Bai Airport Hotel refused to acknowledge our reservation. Take your money to better customer service and fair businesses practices.
