Khá ưng với body massage của spa, các bạn nhân viên nữ nhưng nhấn rất đủ lực theo yêu cầu, có massage với đá nóng, đắp mặt nạ dưa leo và chườm ấm bụng trong gói 60 phút giá 280+ tip trên 150. Phòng massage riêng tư, phục vụ chu đáo. Mình cũng đã trải nghiệm foot massage nhưng cảm thấy không tốt như body massage.

It was the worst experience. We both had a foot and full-body massage in the same room for an hour and a half. The therapists talked and laughed among themselves throughout the entire massage. Even though I was getting a foot massage, they barely touched my feet for more than a minute. It wasn't a foot massage, just a leg massage. I don't even want to mention how rough the massage was. This is the first time I'm giving a business one.

One of the worst spa experiences of my life. Absolutely not worth the money. Yesterday I visited this spa after booking in advance. From the very beginning I clearly explained — in my messages before the visit, at the reception, and directly to the therapists — that I wanted a four-hand relaxing massage. I repeated it many times. My goal was simple: to relax and enjoy the session. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the complete opposite. At the reception I was met by a very unfriendly woman who did not speak English at all. I had to use a translator. She nodded to everything I said but clearly understood nothing — which became obvious later. Despite me clearly requesting that only female staff should work with me, I was taken to the sauna by a male employee. While I was in the sauna, going to the shower, changing clothes, this man was constantly present. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for me. The only positive thing about this place is the sauna and the hammam — they are actually good. After that I was taken into a small, dirty room that smelled strongly of mold. I am allergic to mold, so I asked to change the room. I was moved to another room, but had to wait for a long time and completely cooled down after the heating procedures. The clothes they give you to change into smell damp and unpleasant. In the massage room there was a pillow where everyone puts their face, and they did not even want to cover it with a clean towel. This is absolutely unhygienic. I had to insist on getting a towel to put under my face. What is shocking is that this spa is positioned as a high-price place, but the quality is unbelievably low. Even the therapist did not know how to properly place a towel — I had to show her. When the massage started, I again warned that I wanted a relaxing massage. Instead, they began doing an extremely painful, aggressive massage. I asked many times to make it softer. This was also not a real four-hand massage — the therapists clearly do not understand that it must be synchronized, in the same rhythm. One of them kept making chaotic, fast, unsynchronized movements that completely destroyed any chance of relaxation. It made me nervous and irritated instead of relaxed. I booked a 90-minute massage with an additional 15 minutes as a gift. After just 30 minutes I could not tolerate it anymore. I tried many times to explain how it should be done, but it didn’t help. I finally asked one therapist to leave because she was ruining the entire experience. The remaining therapist worked with me for the next 1 hour 15 minutes and at least tried to give me a relaxing massage. Thank you to her — she was the only person who saved this experience even a little. Still, the overall quality was very poor. Another detail — when you turn onto your back, no eye mask or face cover is provided, and the bright lamp shines directly into your eyes. When I went downstairs, I was first given someone else’s slippers, not mine. I had to say they were not mine before they gave me another pair. The price for this experience was 900,000, and there were no treats at all except plain tea. Their spa description says fruits are included — there were no fruits. At the reception, when I said that the massage was very bad and that only one therapist did an acceptable job, no apology was offered, no discount, nothing. I left with completely ruined mood. This is an absolutely terrible place. I truly do not understand why there are good reviews. It is not worth the money at all. Total disappointment. I would never recommend this spa to anyone.

One of the best massage places I’ve been to, everything is new, clean and the staff are professional, nice and friendly. My masseuses-Diep and Kieu, and the male receptionist they did absolutely great job. Absolutely reccommend and I’ll be back again
